Nestlings

In Nestlings, players take on the role of birds competing for priority across four biomes—savannah, alpine, freshwater, and desert—plus the central wild grasslands.

Each round, players roll biome dice and take turns placing them into biomes to gain priority. The first to place gains the advantage of choosing resources first and disrupting opponents, though priority can shift if another player commits more dice.

Once placement ends, biomes resolve in order, and players collect resources to feed nestlings and build segments of their resource ring.

After each round, players score for fed nestlings and completed ring segments. Over four rounds, they must balance immediate points with long-term bonuses, deciding whether to secure priority, complete their ring for chain reactions, or invest in endgame goals.

After the final round, players reveal their nest goals, tally points, and the highest score wins.
